In the modern world we have become so busy with our education, jobs, relationships and etc. to an extent where we have forgotten about our own health and appearance. Water is the main component of human body! Our skin looks healthy and young if we are properly hydrated throughout the day. Before taking anything orally in the morning, drink a glass of water; add some lime juice to it if you are not too lazy to squeeze a lemon. It also helps for weight loss and proper digestive functions.

Carbohydrates provide energy, proteins provide you with good immunity and muscle mass, vitamins are essential for the good health of your teeth, nails and hair.
